Just yesterday night I bought the season pass for Black Ops 3. When I woke up in the moring to download Der Eisendrachen, I realized I didnt have The Giant map, so I went on the Playstation Store to download The Giant, but couldn't find it anywhere on the store. How can I resolve this issue ?

I've had the same issue for over 2 weeks now. Sony really needs to fix their online payment structure....the card I use is valid and I've had no problems using it elsewhere. Nothing they do will help -- it seems like lately it's happening more and more to me. If you make back to back purchases, it seems to 'break' something every time and that's what causes 'payment method not valid' message for me.
Sony's a bunch of morons. It's 2016. FIx your stuff.

Same problem with me. Bought a PS4 almost two weeks ago and the store keeps saying my credit card information is not valid. I've updated it multiple times in console and online, tried different cards, and made a paypal account, but nothing works.

Anybody know about a legitimate disclaimer on the DLC region codes? It should be posted all over the PlayStation Store but it's nowhere to be found.

I just had the same problem....
I DID NOT do the update... Instead I reset both my modem and router then it stopped giving me the error code..
It still says it wants me to update, But I have no errors!
So im not convinced it needs the update, Just a connecting to Playstation Network Error

Why should it be posted all over the PlayStation Store, it is presumed that the game and dlc you purchase are from the correct PlayStation Store in your area, why would you buy a game from the US and purchase dlc from the UK?
