Found a possible solution to this problem. What you need to do is reinstall the update via safe mode. This worked for me just now by going into safe mode then selecting #5. then choose to update by connecting to ps3. To get into safe mode hold the ps button, power button, and R button for a few seconds. I hope this works for you guys good luck.

i have 2 ps4's sharing accounts with a little bro, i can download his games but he cant' download mince its saying a license issues, i deactivated both accounts several times and deactivated all my accounts on psn to try and reset, we are still having the same issue, he need to start working so we can stick to pc where this **bleep** works and or is ez to **bleep** fix.

I can't believe there's literally no fix for this...

EDIT: It's not just the store, but I can't get on PSN regardless even to mess with the settings.

I cant believe as customers we have to go though this... Im sure if everyone returned their ps4 consoles and asked for full refunds of all games, they would act really fast.

Ive had problems before in the past with other games online from sony network. Im to the point ill never do buisness againg with anything SONY related!!

Cant buy anthing on psn

We purchased aproximately 35 songs on Sing Star for our PS3. Then, our PS3 overheated and we had to purchase a new one. Now, we cannot access the songs we've already paid for. It says that the songs are associated with another system. How can we re-download them without having to pay again? It should have been associated with our PSN account not the system.

I'm telling you it works just try it don't give up man. Reinstall the update via safe mode.

Hi everyone,

I changed my email id today to an email I check regularly and use more often. When I got on my ps3 for Netflix it gave me the you can sign in with another users id.

I've tried:
restoring system default settings
Changing the email back to the old one

It allows me to log in if I create a new user. But I'd rather not go through the process of moving / losing data.

Any suggestions?

You need to download the games while logged into your profile (not his) in order for him to play your games. You also need to make sure his ps4 is set as your primary.

I'm having trouble adding funds to my wallet. I've already made previous purchases with my card information, but now It's telling me my information is invalid. I hope my account Isn't blocked because I was already making purchases.

DId you try restore liscenses?

Did you try rebuild database?

If none of those work, then move the save games to the cloud( PS+) or sub drive, then copy them to your new profile.

Sony is not in Maintenance right now for all consoles.

I HAVE personally tried it several times, as have others in the various threads over the last week, hence the "It's been shot down," part. It doesn't work at all for most of us and the few that do get it to work reported that it reverts after restarting the system.

I purchased the season pass,but i cant download The Giant bonus map. I already checked my downloads and my library and there's nothing there but it says purchased. Also a lot of people have told me to go to the in game store but i don't have it. HELP!
